WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION

Sessions are gently guided and accessible for all levels of experience.
We begin by settling into a welcoming, calm space. You’ll be introduced to the techniques step by step, before moving into guided breathwork and visualisation, supported by carefully chosen music.
Your breath becomes an anchor throughout — supporting your system to soften, settle, and shift towards greater ease and clarity.
There is no right or wrong way to do this, and no particular way you need to feel — it simply unfolds naturally at your own pace.
Each session closes with time to integrate and rest, allowing the body and mind to absorb the experience.
Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves - every experience is unique.

I also offer outdoor breathwork experiences in nature, where the combination of breath and environment can deepen a sense of grounding and restoration.

A bit aBout me

My work has grown from my own lived experience and a deep curiosity about the connection between mind and body.Over time, I’ve explored practices including shiatsu bodywork, kundalini yoga, qigong, and tai chi — all of which continue to shape how I work today.Alongside my wellbeing practice, I work within the charity sector as a relationship manager, supporting people through emotionally sensitive conversations and building trust with care and compassion.I work in a way that is responsive and attuned — recognising that each person’s experience is different, and that energy,
attention, and overwhelm can shift from moment to moment. Creating spaces that feel safe, flexible, and non-judgemental is central to my approach.
A huge part of my learning has come from raising my adopted daughter and witnessing the nervous system in it's full glory! This shined a light like no other into your own ability to regulate. With this and learning to see the strengths of living with ADHDI have a deep understanding of managing emotional regulation, and the importance of practicing steadiness, presence and kindness in everyday life.My work brings together breath, body awareness, and modern understanding of stress and physiology — supporting reconnection, regulation, and a greater sense of ease.
